The writing team is who you can reach about these sheets, using the contact lines shown on the site. Those lines are correspondence examples. They do not create a legal entity, a registered office, or proof of a counter at the street named below.

Where to write
Email info@quorumpips.com. Phone 0491 570 156. Street line: Level 2, 14 Quorum Lane, Hobart TAS 7000, Australia. Use them to reach the writing team. Do not treat them as a filed business address.
-
What the form stores
The form asks for a name, an email, an optional subject and a message. A hidden field is ignored when empty and, if filled, the message is dropped. On a successful submit the four visible values are appended to a guarded file on the server with a UTC time.
-
What this browser may keep
After the course notice is closed, the key eduNoticeAck is stored locally so the dialog stays shut. After the banner is accepted or declined, cookieConsent stores that choice. The site sets no analytics cookie and no advertising cookie.
-
Why the file exists
So the writing team can read and answer a message you chose to send. That request is the basis. There is no separate marketing list.
-
Who reads it
The writing team reads the file. It is not sold. The host that stores the file sees it as ordinary hosting. Fonts are requested from Google Fonts when a page loads. That request is the only remote fetch.
-
How long it stays
Messages are kept for up to 12 months, then removed. The two browser keys stay until you clear site data for this domain.
-
What you can ask
You can ask for a copy of the message held for your email, a correction, or deletion. Write to info@quorumpips.com. You can also complain to the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner at oaic.gov.au.
-
Where the file may sit
The server may be outside your state. If a message leaves Australia, it is still held for the same purpose and the same period. No other transfer is made.
